This is because this Support Group has no formal subscriptions and any media mentions can result in a flood of requests for information. We have the envelopes. We have the literature. We do not have the stamps!

We get many requests for help in your fields and can usually help but we do ask for reasonable time to prepare a response to your needs. A few members have agreed in advance to be contactable for interview and other reasons and this gives us some chance of responding to your needs. But remember, if we contact the same willing people over and over again on your behalf, they might become reluctant to help us - which in this case means you - so we like to call for volunteers in our newsletters or on this web site or on the mailing list forum we operate.
We can only function well for you if you give us sufficient time to prepare for your requests - please allow at least a month between contacting us and your need of talking to or sending a questionnaire to our members.
